We make small, medium and large
Plate Freezers. Some of our units are the largest in the world, operating fully automatically and
handling up to 75,000 kg of product per unit.
Manual Plate Freezers feed at one level from conveyors. These units have a typical daily
freezing capacity of up to 720 cartons.
Semi-Automatic Plate Freezers are similar to Manual Plate Freezers, but the loading and unloading
of cartons is mechanised, thereby avoiding labour costs and the health and safety issues of manually handling cartons. These units
have a typical daily freezing capacity of up to 1,344 cartons.
Fully Automatic Plate Freezers are designed to operate with no human
intervention. They have a typical daily freezing capacity of up to 3,000 cartons. The loading mechanism is a scissor pusher arrangement
that allows complete sweep of the plate.
